Henriette Bichai is President of Veriforce Canada where she leads growth and post-merger integration strategies while ensuring alignment across teams and operations.

With 20 years of experience in business transformation, growth and risk management, Henriette has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, leading organizational change and delivering measurable results.

Henriette’s leadership is grounded in a people-first approach that strengthens client trust, supports agility through change and helps Canadian businesses reduce risk and operate with confidence. 

Paul Chaib

Chief Technology Officer

Paul Chaib is Chief Technology Officer at Veriforce, bringing more than 25 years of experience in software development, technology leadership, and innovation. Throughout his career, he has led engineering and R&D initiatives focused on building scalable technology solutions and high-performing development teams. Prior to joining Veriforce, he held senior technology leadership roles, including CTO at Cognibox and co-founded Embvue, where he led product and technology development.

At Veriforce, Paul leads technology strategy and engineering initiatives, focusing on innovation, platform scalability, and the delivery of secure, high-performing solutions that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Valentine Stach

Vice President, Client Success & Growth, Veriforce Canada

Valentine Stach is Vice President of Client Success & Growth at Veriforce Canada, bringing more than 10 years of experience in digital product management, transformation and customer experience.  

Valentine has held roles at organizations including IBM and Sodexo, where she led cross-functional initiatives to deliver user-centric solutions and drive business impact in complex, regulated environments. Known for her execution-focused and strategic mindset, she connects product, operations and client needs. 

At Veriforce Canada, Valentine leads client success and growth across North America. She focuses on maximizing client value, strengthening retention and enabling scalable growth through improved customer experience and measurable outcomes. 

Nicolas Eparvier

Vice President, Sales & Onboarding, Veriforce Canada

Nicolas Eparvier is Vice President of Sales & Onboarding at Veriforce Canada, where he leads the company’s growth strategy in Canada by helping organizations adopt smarter, more efficient approaches to contractor management.

With more than 20 years of experience in software and high-tech industries, Nicolas has held senior roles in sales, business development and operations, building and scaling teams across North America and Europe.

At Veriforce Canada, Nicolas leverages his expertise to deliver customer-centric solutions that help businesses modernize compliance and enhance workplace safety.

Recognized for his hands-on, dynamic leadership, Nicolas builds strong partnerships that generate results and long-term value for clients.

Luc Godard

Vice President, Marketing, Veriforce Canada 

Luc Godard is Vice President of Marketing at Veriforce Canada, bringing more than two decades of experience driving marketing strategy and growth across global markets.  

Luc has held leadership roles at organizations including Brother International and Adidas, where he led large, multicultural teams and delivered impactful initiatives in brand development, digital transformation and customer engagement. Known for combining strategic vision with execution, he focuses on building marketing functions that directly contribute to business performance.

At Veriforce Canada, Luc leads growth strategy, brand positioning and go-to-market execution across North America. He is focused on scaling demand generation, strengthening market presence and aligning marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes. 

Jeannie Gonzalez

Vice President, Operations Canada, Veriforce Canada

Jeannie oversees Veriforce's Canadian operations, with teams based coast-to-coast. She partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design best-in-class processes, build scalable operating models, and support customers in creating safer, more compliant workplaces.
Jeannie brings extensive multi-sector experience leading operational transformation in high-growth, complex environments. Her work spans cross-functional leadership across operations, technology, customer experience, and people; designing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and operating models that enable growth and elevate service quality.

Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Jeannie brings a multicultural lens to leading distributed teams and serving the operational needs of clients and members globally.

She is also passionate about developing the next generation of operational talent and is involved in the community, serving as a volunteer mentor supporting newcomers and emerging professionals in their career growth.

Isabelle Tremblay

Vice President, Human Resources Canada, Veriforce Canada

Isabelle Tremblay is Vice President, Human Resources Canada at Veriforce, where she leads people strategy and organizational development initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence across Canada.

With extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Isabelle is recognized for building people-first cultures that foster collaboration, performance, and long-term success. Mathieu Geneau

Mathieu Geneau is a Finance Business Partner at Veriforce Canada, bringing expertise in financial advisory, valuation and strategic decision support. As a Chartered Business Valuator and CPA Auditor, he combines strong technical foundations with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.

Mathieu has worked across advisory and corporate environments, supporting organizations in areas such as financial modeling, valuation and M&A. A graduate of HEC Montréal, Marius has built a strong foundation in economic modelling and data-driven strategy, helping organizations translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. He is recognized for bridging analytical depth with practical business applications.
