This section walks you through what you may be asked to do, what kinds of information or training may be involved and what happens next.
Most new users are asked to confirm some combination of qualifications, documents, training or site-related requirements. That may include questionnaires, accreditations, insurance or certification records, onboarding or assigned learning, depending on your role and the product you use.
Your starting point depends on your role. Hiring clients usually define, review or monitor requirements. Contractors and workers are more often asked to complete them. Requirements can also vary by client, site, project, region or type of work.
That may include submitting documents, responding to questionnaires, completing site or safety onboarding, confirming workforce requirements or finishing required training before work begins or continues. In some cases, training may be delivered through Veriforce Canada or your organization’s own LMS.
Training and onboarding are often part of getting ready for work. Depending on the role, site or client, they may be assigned to confirm site readiness, support compliance requirements or keep credentials up to date. Some organizations also use training catalogs, reporting and certificates to monitor completion and validity.
Once you submit information or complete training, your status is typically reviewed, tracked or updated, so our specialists can verify what’s complete, what still needs attention and whether work can move forward.
Use this page to get oriented first. Below, you’ll find support options that match your role, whether you’re a hiring client managing requirements or a contractor or worker completing them.
If you’re a first-time hiring client and contractor, you may be asked to work through requirements, submissions, onboarding or training. But your starting point depends on the responsibilities you need to fulfill. Hiring clients typically define, review or monitor requirements. Contractors usually complete them.
